We feel he is walking in a landscape but after a while we realize it is inside a building. The composition of shadows and highlight makes us keep looking.

My name is Torsten 'TeeKay' Köster from Stuttgart / Germany and i take photos. My main theme are b/w pictures in an urban enviroment mostly with a human touch and a high contrast. I made this picture on a sunny afternoon in my hometown with my - meanwhile retired - old lady Olympus E-3 and the 14-54mm f2.8. It´s postprocessed with silver efex pro. I want to thank the judges for choosing my image. I feel really great!
