My name is Jason Nixon and I am from Melbourne, Australia. I am interested in photographing personal moments that demonstrate the trust and connection I develop with my subjects. I find this rapport works really well when photographing weddings.
This picture was taken on a camping trip in Northern Victoria. We were taking a dip at sunset when I noticed the light all over our bodies and on the water. I reached for my camera, stood in the water and took the shot.
