My name is Sandra McCabe and I live in Australia. My camera is an Olympus E-420 with dedicated macro lens. The image is a seed pod from a geranium. Only one variety has these feathery seeds and once dew makes contact, it closes up like a fan. The background colour has been enhanced to bring out the sparkle of the water drops as well as brightening.
