I am Kevin Van Sant, a jazz guitarist in the US. This is my son on his 2nd birthday marveling at his new train table. The picture was taken with a Sony A6000 with a 1970's Super Takumar 50mm. I do most of my shooting with either this lens or one of three 1950's Russian lenses I have wide open. I'm very drawn to narrow filed of focus picture taking, which can be quite a challenge with a moving target! But the rewards for a successful shot can be something special :)
