Thank you so much Tim. This photo was requested by a client and I had to do this with the plane in the hangar during daytime. I under exposed ambient light with 4 stops and used the Ellinchrom Quatra with a 60 X 60 soft box to expose small areas of the plane. These shots were layered in Photoshop to produce the end result. Nikon D3, 60mm macro lens. ISO 100, f22, 1/125.
