  • The mix of warm and cold colours is as intriguing as the mix of multiple exposures. There is so much to look at here but at the same time my eye won’t settle anywhere. There is so much detail masked by so much more detail that i jump from here to there, which is normally a bad thing but somehow it is fun here. The visual experience is frantic, the mixture becomes chaotic, but then almost hypnotic. I love the city vibration that you have created with your very original approach to this theme. The resulting photograph is a wonderful mosaic of shapes and colours, an abstract and appealing work of art, and a story board of a real busy city. You have scooped the prize! Very well done.

  • Here is a wonderful shot of the famous Dubai skyline but with the added and unimaginable road system, on stilts and above the park! So it is a strong subject but you have photographed it so well, and in so many layers. It is stunning, metallic and bright. It is happy and promising, the city is beautiful and inviting. The texture and colours of the concrete, glass and metal are shiny and modern, sensitively exposed and developed, bringing such a clarity that even the roads look delicate, twisting harmoniously amongst the softly lit skyscrapers. This is a great shot, it was a tight call, well done!

  • This is a lovely picture with a story. The composition is strong and minimal, the colors so warm, the moving silhouette intriguing. There is a real feel of the city, this big building looking down through all of its windows…

  • This was an instant favorite. You really have caught the feel of a modern asian city, i love the proximity we have with the bikers, it seems we are literally driving past!

  • Well here is the turmoil in hard black and white. You have used the shapes so well, composing through the wires, dividing the picture into graphic parts and making a speedy city feel. Clever photo, nice work.

  • That late at night scene looked at from someone’s window…Who is that? Where are they going? Lovely.

  • Hi dear I-shot-it-team, I'm so happy about your mark of excellence ☺️ thank you a lot for that. I took this photograph with my small Olympus camera I use for traveling from the also small balcony of my cute air bnb flat for that week I spend there to know the city a bit better. I specially like the light and colors of that photo but I also think it represents quite well the city Habana nights, the antique cars, those lights, colors, buildings, the simpathic caos and those people you never know who they are, what they are doing and where they are going.

  • An interesting photograph with a strange feel, the person in an odd position, then the hard shapes, then the city slowly creeping out through the windows. All presented with a hard contrast and graphic composition. It is a nicely puzzling picture.

  • I’m so proud of my self! Can’t believe I really got it, though a little bit pity that it didn’t win the first size hhhh. Well, This photo was taken inside Canton Tower last summer in Guangzhou when I had a little break during college study in UK. I used a Leica camera (not sure the product code it belongs to hhhhh) But yep, just love that camera, it’s a birthday gift from my father!
