Thanks a lot to all who voted for my photo. My name is Julia Poker and I live in a very small village in the north of Germany. I took this picture in our historical castle park with my Canon 5D Mark III and a 135 mm lens. Animal photography is my great passion. Especially dogs are my favorite models. The cute grandma in the photo got this shooting as a gift to their 80th birthday. It was a very very touching Shooting.

Thanks a lot for your votes and the mark of excellence. I am Roberto Tavazzani from Italy. I took this photo in a park during wintertime, early in the morning, when the sun started warming a little pond water. I used my Canon 50D with EF 200 f2.8. Post processing was done in Lightroom.

I shot this from Fort Baker in Sausalito CA on Christmas Eve 2015. Most tourists only know the marked viewing locations, but I grew up in the area so I made my way there to show my family when we were coming back into San Francisco while on vacation last month. Nikon D5100, ISO 100, f20, two minute exposure. Finished in Lightroom CC.
