  • This seems to be one very unusual flower. I can not recall having seen one of those, in all these years being an I-Shot-It photo judge! Beautifully executed. It looks like a rainbow flower!

  • This is one of the most romantic photos, submitted to this flower competition. It takes our mind away and makes us travel. Very well seen and framed. Also the colour treatment works well for this image.

  • Thank you very much! My name is Karina Rieckhoff from Germany. I took the picture with a Canon EOS 450D and just put a filter on it with Photoshop. It is in an old wild garden near my moms village in the north-east of Germany.

  • Could be a still image out of a movie. Just before daylight completely disappears. Just enough light to make out the subject and grass around it. What a beautiful photo this is!

  • Thank you very much for the mark of excellence! My name is Dora Nygård from Larkollen, Rygge in Norway. The photo is shot with my Fujifilm X-T1 and Fujinon 35mm f/1.4 lens. I made only a few adjustments in pp. The tulips grow wild outside the old customs house in Larkollen that was once a port of entry for the windjammers sailing from the continent.

  • A strong photo with strong content. Dying flowers on a grave, an American flag in the background. The beauty of sadness.

  • This can be seen as quite a theatrical photograph. From the darkness to the light. The purple with the dark green works perfectly.
