  • I shot this image at Humboldt Bay in Northern California. I used a Canon 40D with a 100-400 L telephoto. A great many bird species make Humboldt bay their home and make photo ops like this very frequent. Jim

          • This photo was taken the last snow storm we had this Jan. 30th, 2012. It was edited on Picasa3 online and I used focal zoom then subdued the effect till I got what I wanted and then put a blue tint to it. J.R.

          • This is a picture of a Camelia Tree after a heavy frost, which caused the beautiful red petals to fall to the ground. I took this with a Canon20D at Alfred B. Maclay Gardens State Park in Tallahassee, Florida. Thanks for voting for my picture I sure appreciate it!

          • Dasha Drown, The Great Salt Lake, Utah. The camera I took this with is a Canon Rebel T3i. This was taken at the World Wide photowalk that was held at this location last month. It's called "lightpainting". I learned a lot about my camera this was my first experience with this kind of photography.
