- Headingley , Manitoba , Canada I shoot a variety of film cameras as well as digital. Nikon D-700 was used on this particular shot and hand held with a 500 mm F4 prime. Yes a beast of a lens to hand hold for sure. I am an amateur photographer. The Owls are one of my favorite when they show up on a clear cold day in winter. - Thank you everybody for your votes. I took this photo in Playa del Carmen, Mexico with a canon 7D and a 50 mm lens. The image represents all Latina women who are fighting for their children day by day. The happy face of the baby, the stains caused by the sun on the face of the mother and the hand made work , gave me the initiative to compete and demonstrate in a caring way the role of Latina mothers. - Thank you again for the honor! I am a Florida based wildlife and photographer and artist, Elizabeth Yureklier DiRosa. This snap shot was taken at Lake Tohopekaliga, in Kissimmee, Florida with a Sony alpha100a, untouched by post processing. The models are a group of various species of wild and domestic ducklings that seemed to form their cute new little family. They were enjoying their swim on the lake and (lucky for me) decided to dry off in the sun for little while.
