- Thank you all for your votes! :-) My name is Alexey Pronin; I live in San Diego. This picture was taken in 1995 on a cloudy November day at the National Mall, Washington, D.C. I liked the look of the tree. Later I decided to make a mirror image on a computer and also darkened the bottom to add some "depth". The photo was taken using Maxxum 7xi with Tamron 28-70/3.5 lens, the negative was scanned. My website - www.alexeypronin.com

- Thank you for the award. This photo was taken on a very small Canadian island off the coast of Maine. I was only allowed on the island for two hours and I had to be in one of their blinds. I spent the better part of that time attempting to get a meaningful photo of one of the Puffins flying as I had observed their not-so-regal-almost-humorous look as they flew. My name is Jonathan Sherrill and I was using a Nikon Digital camera with a 80-200 zoom with a 2x.

- My name is Liz Oakley, and I would like to thank all who not only voted for this shot, but to all of you who Favorited it. I took this picture in my backyard with my Nikon D7000. 40mm, F/10 @ 1/80 sec. The only changes made to the original was cropping. Certainly enjoy everyone's contributions to "I Shot It", making me a better photographer! Thanks.

- First I want to say thanks to I Shot It for a great website. My name is Burland McCormick I live in Southwest Michigan. This picture was taken in South Haven, Michigan. I used a Canon EOS Rebel with an f/11 at an ISO of 400 with a 1/200 sec. sutter speed. This is 3 photos that I used a program to stitch together, then all I did was add a little more shadowing to make the pier and light a little darker. This baby Chipping Sparrow was constantly trying to get his mom to feed him. When she wasn't around, he KNEW what to do. I sat for hours and took tons of photos one of my best "sellers". - Mark Sumnicht, this was shot in Sun praire, Wi. early on a foggy morning. I use a canon t3i with a phoenix 100-300 lens. I didn't record the settings. I've been taking pictures for about 25 years.
