Thank you for the tremendous honor of selecting my image of these spotted dolphins this round. While swimming with this pod of Atlantic spotted dolphins (Stenella frontalis) in the cerulean waters just off of Bimini in the Bahamas, the pod made a quick direction change swimming just past my underwater rig. Many of the Spotted dolphins, particularly those found around the Bahamian waters, have become habituated to human contact, yet they always determine the outcome of the swim encounters with us humans.
