This is such a fabulous image and every detail about it is just perfect -- the horse's alert expression and attention towards something out of frame, the texture of the windblown grass, the sand dune, and even the subtle clouds in the sky ... all make for a strong and stunning image that the viewer can revisit to see new things. Thanks Ilona! I am Marion Schoening - equinephotographer from Berlin-Germany. This image was taken during a photoworkshop, in which I participated on Rømø. The mare was so well trained (her owner is a girl who works with her in total liberty), that she stands still, till I got this pic. It was taken with my Nikon D750, Nikkor 70-200 2.8.
