Oh what I wouldn't give to be on this early morning(?) hike. The rising mist, the distant and rugged landscape, and the sun breaking over the horizon create an incredible 'set'. The non-posed stance of this Aussie(?) as it gazes out over the foggy abyss gives this image such a candid and natural feel, and the rim-lighting on the dog as well as the lens flare created by the rising sun are simply stunning. Nicely done!
