Thank you for this mark of excellence. It was a treat to experience Skogafoss under such magical lighting conditions. I tried to bring this element out in the image. First I had to wait for the setting sun to break through the clouds. This beautifully backlit the mist from the waterfall, and brought out the semblance of a face in the rock feature to the left. This is a composite of three images, shot handheld, and manually blended in Lightroom. It was taken on a Canon EOS 6D with a Canon EF 17-40mm f/4 L lens.
