Horse Photo Competition 4 2017 : Entry Number 14

This is such a impactful image and an immediate favorite. The strong lines and framing, the deep black and clean whites, plus the variety of textures, all lead the viewer's eye throughout the frame to find new elements at every viewing. I do find the dangling rope (?) against teh wall to be something of a distraction and if it were my image I would edit it out, but otherwise, a very strong and stunning image. I'm a Roma based photographer. The photo was taken at Bagheria (Sicily) on occasion of a parade. I took a fujifilm x100t. Black and white was obtained with Silver Efex Pro.
