We enjoyed the novel and creative ideas that went into the framing of this image. The striations in the clouds do help echo the shapes in the window shutter and blinds. Without those patterns to tie everything together the image may not work as well. If only the color of the clouds could match more the window blinds, but the geometry and balance of the composition is excellent. Great idea!

I took this photo in my city, Vitoria-Gasteiz, Alava, Basque Country, Spain while going for a walk in Mariturri, a place where there are many buildings with modern facades like this and I think there is many more than this photo to take. I am an amateur photographer and I take photos for fun. And always wanting to learn. I used a Canon 80D camera with a Canon EF-S 55-250 IS II lens and processed on Adobe LR, Adobe PS using Nik Collection filters.
