Macro Photo Competition 2014 No 5 : Entry Number 21

First of all, a very good year to you, beautiful photo in this cat's eye, the focus is where it is necessary, sharpness is incredible. Congratulations.

Thanks for the Mark of Excellence - given the great pictures in this competition I am truly glad to be in the top list! I thought to compete with something different than insects since there are many great photographers with much more patience than I have in that area. I decided to catch McLovin (my tomcat) while looking out of the window and took a close-up of his eye with my Olympus E-M1 and the M.Zuiko 60mm Macro lens.
