Greetings from Granbury, Texas. Thank You all for your support and your votes....I am honored beyond words. My name is Cissy Wilson. This photo is part of a series I have begun from the end of our dock in Grand Lake, Colorado. Every morning while in Colorado each summer, I go down to the dock in the pre-dawn hours and capture the magic that unfolds as the day slowly begins. No two mornings are alike, some are sublime-others are on fire. This morning was no different in its magic. I shoot with a tripod, my camera is a Canon 7d and the lens used was a EF 24-70mm 1:2.8 L USM. No post processing short of cropping. Nothing could have prepared me for what my lens captured ...out of nowhere popped this wonderful loon as if on command. Just as rapidly as he appeared, he disappeared under the surface. His visitation produced one of my favorite photos. Thank you I Shot It for offering this wonderful venue for photographers to share and support one another in pursuit of our passion.
