Thank you very much for this honor! You are correct, this tiny plant is a natural beauty - and a very special one. Euphrasia (Eyebright) is wellknown for its healing capabilities, especially of inflammatory diseases like conjuncititis or sinusitis. I took this image in the Austrian alps in Tirol with a Sony A700 and a Minolta 200/2.8 APO lens with distance rings at f8. Almost no post processing, only noise reduction and a bit contrast optimization was done. Christian Bernfeld, Austria
