This is a stunning photo! Full of texture and contrast. The selective focus in this photo works superbly. Sharp, crisp and spiky in the foreground - out of focus and soft in the background. It gives the impression, that you can touch it and poke yourself. Congratulation to the winner!

Now I am not one to get excited but I will have to admit I did lose a little composure when I saw my photo had been chosen as a winner. I thank you so much for liking my photo with so many beautiful shots to view. This was taken on one of my many early morning walks around my yard.
