Premium Competition 2010 Q4 : Entry Number 149

This image is almost like a revisiting of the famous painter Edward Hopper. It even has the mysterious frozen person by the house that would make it fit right into an Edward Hopper painting. The mix of cold colors in the shadow side of the house with the warm colors and the red roof. It's just a very interesting picture.

Saturna Island near Vancouver, Canada. The house is called Fog Horn House. The lady was unknown to me but i got a great series of photos as she walked around the house. This one was my favourite. The photo was taken with a Nikon D60 with an 18 -200 zoom lens at 200mm.
